We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window
You may return any unused item, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return
Email us at rivaldoschippers21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rivaldoschippers21@gmail.com and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
